WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All orders are shipped from Singapore.

All orders are shipped via standard regular mail to make shipping cost as cheap as possible. This means that there is no way to track packages once the items are sent out. If you want your order shipped via registered mail with tracking number it will be an additional $2. You can contact me about this once you've placed your order so I can recalculate shipping. Orders $25 and above (not including shipping cost) qualifies for the registered shipping with tracking number fee to be waived (the additional $2), shipping cost still apply.

All orders are shipped within 2 -5 working days. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: I cannot track orders shipped via normal mail (orders below $25). I am not responsible for lost mail.

All items are priced in USD. 

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

I accept payment through PayPal only at the moment.

WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS?

All purchase are final. Except for certain cases where your orders are damaged through transit, please contact me and I will try to assist you as best I can.
